to.go.or.not.to.go

is all in the question isn't it?

i may be going to new york for 10 weeks working on an assignment for a non-profit organization. the project came by as a surprise as it originally only looking for local resource. the project entice me in a way because i can live and work like a new yorker for 10 weeks and the contribution to the assignment is for a good cause. however, since it is a non-profit organization, i am not entitle to fly back like other commercial projects. anyway, flying back weekly would be challenging due to the distance and time difference. there are a lot of things going on in my mind at the moment, with the miracle healing that i just experienced, new decisions waiting to be made plus having no local assignment at the moment is not convenient and i need to be careful in saying ‘no’ to project that coming my way…

can you imagine yourself walking along fifth avenue every morning

entering empire state building, to one of the floor which will be your office for the next 10 weeks? i have never envision that, but this may come close to reality...

and walking out this art deco building at the end of the day...

I really don't know anymore, this assignment is a good chance for me to show case my capability that was stagnant for awhile due to my sickness, but i just not sure at this moment, what i know is the scripture says "submit your plan to God, and He will bless your plan" and all i want to say now is "let God's will be done on earth as it is in heaven", He has saved my life, He has redeemed me from sickness, my life is literally His, if not because He has healed me, i will not be confronted with this assignment... so here i say again, "His will be done". if He says go, i will go with no reserve, if He says stay, surely He has prepare another assignment for me...

it's friday again, the weather is getting warmer here. i am expecting a friend to arrive tonight from frankfurt and hope her flight will not be disturb by the volcano ash from iceland.

miracle

do you believe in miracle? do you know that miracle can happen to those who love the Lord and to those who believe...
the photo depicts how i feel at the moment, i am overjoyed like those tulips in full blossom. you are about to read a testimony on how God has heal me supernaturally...

this morning i went to hospital to hear my 4th check-up result... guess what? i am clean completely from complex pre-cancer cells in my cavity/womb....

the doctor couldn't believe the result and she called the pathology to verify if they have made the wrong assessment. she even challenged the pathology to compare the results of the previous few biopsy...

during the conversation, the doctor only insisted that i am clean from the intermediate cells but refuse to admit that there is no presence of complex pre-cancer cells. not until the pathology called back and confirmed once again after the validation that i am completely clean from pre-cancer cell that she reluctantly admits that is the result.

according to her the hormone treatment can only suppress the growth of the endormetrium and thus suppress the pre-cancer cells but the pill couldn't reverse or clean up the pre-cancer cells ...

then i told her that i believe in the result because i believe in miracle healing and my Lord has healed me!!!

Jesus is my healer, i just cannot keep quiet anymore, i want to tell the world!!! i hope to share my joy with you and hope that you will get to know Him too...

all glory and honor belong to HIM!!!

i have been eyeing on the spring blossom for awhile, so i manage to take some shots of spring using my point and shoot casio mini camera

spring blossom in white

i.amsterdam

if not because i have to collect a watch that i sent for repair awhile ago, i probably won't step in to amsterdam city center. i took a tram from office to dam square, the weather is fine and i am quite thrill like any tourist in the city
the big ferries wheel is being set up right in front of dam square.. after i collected my watch, i decided to venture into bijenkorf for lunch
afterall i am already here, i might as well have my lunch in the city center

and then walk towards magna plaza where i can catch my tram back to office

this shot is taken by accident but it turns out quite well... all in all 120 minute in the city...

much to my surprise, there is another i.amsterdam set up right in front of the square in zuidas where my office is located, previously this is only available in museum square...
perhaps zuidas has becoming another tourist attraction?

dear.charlotte

now after a night in the fridge, my dear charlotte is ready to serve...
i just add more fresh strawberries and raspberries to the top...
proudly presenting my first ever charlotte...

charlotte from the top

charlotte per serving

another two more servings for another day...

the interior view is a little messy, i am not gifted when it comes to precision but i am amazed how the lady finger turned into soft spongy cake texture, a little bit more strawberry cream would moist charlotte perfectly

i am happy with the end result of my first attempt, it is quite tedious but the result is well worth it, and it truly capture the taste of spring...

my dear charlotte, i love you...

we come here quite often but usually for drinks and desserts, a couple of times for light meal but tonight we are going for the seafood...

a seafood platter

with half a dozen of normandy oysters

sun.beach.kite

we decided to venture to the beach this afternoon (first time this year) although the temperature is not too warm but it's sunny enough to enjoy the fresh air and cool breeze

the scheveningen old port, quite a picturesque and quiet port

our kite flying high

it was a lovely afternoon at the beach, not too warm but warm enough to enjoy the sun, beach and kite. we faced some challenge in keeping the kite flying as there's not enough wind to sustain the speed... nonetheless, it's an enjoyable thing to do...

this part of the beach used to be quite deserted but now there are two restaurants cum cafes with some lounging setup for sun seekers. we stopped by for some drinks before heading to rotterdam for dinner...
