persimmon.tart

with you going away for a few days, you came home with your plants almost dying and three overripe persimmons...
they are too soft to eat as they are, so you just cooked them down into jam and then turn them into a persimmon pie using a store bought puff pastry that has been lying in your fridge for awhile.

all in all the tart is not pretty nor elegant but the taste is great!

i got a call from your manager's manager, and it's a good news that i will be on the move again for 2014 around europe.  this time to some more interesting destinations.  it's a relief because your current client is quite unreasonable and demanding. so it's good news indeed that you can slowly off the hook and move into your core skill once again.
