the wine is inclusive in the 3 course menu and you had 2 glasses of wine since half a bottle is included in the price...
tomato, watermelon and prawn gazpacho, this was so refreshing especially with the watermelon bites, so clever and so refreshing...
baby squid on crunchy red onion and green pepper fideua, the taste is a tad too strong for you but it wash down well with the white wine
it's overwhelmed from the start, but after awhile you kind of enjoy the squid ink and everything else, hence you alternate every mouthful of fideua with a sip of wine.  heaven!

french toast soaked in egg yolk and cream, caramelized in  pan with coconut ice cream
this is probably the most expensive meal you had in basque country, even then it's not more than 25 euros. unlike barcelona or madrid, basque country is still very affordable.
