autumnal weather. fallen apples
autumn sneaked in too fast and sudden. it's still relatively warm the day before and now it's grey, with heavy rain and wind... you are so not ready, not when your wardrobe is still summer....
you went out to your garden and pick up the fallen apples... quite a lot of them and the stronger ones are still hanging on to the tree... somehow you just dislike autumn season, you feel that your energy has been snatched away when you woke up to a gloomy sky....
meantime you also starting to make the autumnal/wintry soup... soup with dahls and butternut squash... chorizo and tomatoes in this case...
this was your dinner, a hearty soup with a home baked bread...
1 peter 1:24-25: for, “All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” and this is the word that was preached to you.
