purple.angku.kuih

you still have some mung bean at home, and with the church worker's bbq on last weekend, you quickly whisked up the traditional malaysian snack - angku kuih.  it's not the first time you making this, however you decided to use mini mooncake mould for these
 it's really quite simple to execute when you have the right ingredients at home...
 they are almost mooncake lookalike, only a tad greasy....
 mid autumn is round the corner, you just won't sure if you have the time and energy to make the real mooncake when the time is approaching....
otherwise, this will do for now...
