an attempt to make pumpkin bread/bun that resembles a pumpkin....
look wise, not so successful as you should have used the plain bread flour and not the whole grain bread flour, otherwise, the bread will be more yellow or orange-ish....
go get the pumpkin shape, you went through the trouble to tie each dough (after you wrapped the pumpkin jam) with a string and let it proof for the second time...
taste wise is great, in fact he ate most of this batch which yield only about 8 regular pumpkin buns...
you like to play with yeast nowadays, even though it takes a long time to make but it's fun and you can manage them in between your con-calls and meeting ^^.
