you came here on the first evening of arrival to beaune but this place is full. so you make a reservation for the next evening.  Dinner
 the amouse buche
your  zucchini soup with ginger and parmesan cheese
 his burgundy escragots
 iberico ham with tomato toasted bread
 seared scallops,  fennel horseradish and sweet potatoes puree
 charolais beef fillet, morel mashed potatoes, yours is a tad over cooked, even then the taste of burgundy beef is lovely and delicious
 and his medium charolais beef is so succulent and moist....
burgundy matured cheese... this is in fact the very first trip to france ever that you let go of dessert and indulge yourself on burgundy cheese...
