it has different names, some called it bak chang, some called it zhongzi (粽子), in english is generalizing as rice dumpling
it's wrapped in bamboo leaves and glutinous rice. i am blessed because my mil wrapped these for me, all i need is to supply her with the nyonya ingredients

chicken, chestnut, salted egg yoke, mushroom, dried shrimps, garlic, shallots and heaps of coriander seeds...
all these made up the flavors of nyonya dumplings
