::recovery::

sleeping was your greatest past time. you are gradually recovering, you gained more strength and movement each day while you are reducing the intake of paracetamol.

a dear friend cooked you the vinegar pork leg, despite you like it, little you know about the nutrition impact. 
it was just after 2 meal of vinegar braised pork with black beans that you felt drastic different in your body, you could feel your body is suddenly satisfied and you have no more compulsive urge for food. your body is happy. you are happy too!
although you sometime disregard the do's and don'ts of the food intake according to chinese but it somehow has the strong backing, for example the vinegar pork that seems fatty, overly sweet and sour, yet the ingredients have special effect on the bone marrow and transform that into something absorbent to the body. all you need were iron, calcium, replenishment of blood.
