old.school.breakfast

your body have been craving for protein lately, perhaps due to the frequent zumba sessions in the week and that your muscle is yearning for protien...
 you woke up this morning thinking of this very old fashion, nostalgic breakfast that you could find in any kopitiam (old fashion cafe) in your home country. and that is nothing more than two humble soft boiled eggs and a toast smeared with butter and coconut jam (kaya)
your soft boiled eggs may be a tad too hard for the egg white and your 10 minute kaya be not as smooth as the long hour stirring kaya but the taste is exactly what you expected and in fact a lot more richer than the store bought or can kaya.
somehow your stomach was really pleased with the protein and you actually feel fuller for a longer period of time.
