 it's nothing fancy but just at one of the restaurant in stockmann... you're sick of coffee by then since you drink it from morning and at client's place they only serve coffee and coffee

 a open face shrimp sandwich which is true to scandinavian and a karelian pasty made of rye crust folds with rice pudding and topped with fish paste...  authentically true to finland

and you enjoyed it over an open roof top above you. helsinki day is long nowadays...
