a lovely atmospheric coffee house with a confectionery store front selling cakes...
chocolates to Christmas goodies...
it's has some resemblance of your recent
vienna coffee house experience but yet different. the stylish ambiance at lindtner´s attracts you for sure.... you're lucky to get a sit for the party of eight. you share four slices of assorted cake.
the black forest - the winner for you among the four slices of cakes... light, soft and boozy
this has a unique pattern but you dislike marzipan and hence it's not a winner
sachertorte - a resemblance of something you tasted in vienna but better (just personal opinion)
another slice of cake glaze with fruits...
it's relatively cold on friday, hence a short time to savor the german coffee and cakes are just perfect to warm up yourself before heading back to the gift exchange...
