you have heard of this restaurant for awhile, just never find a moment to try it out and finally it's the right time after the museum visit.
you had a bowl of miso ramen while the others had the tempura set, and together you had a okonomiyaki to share.
since you know the restaurant is operated by the chinese, you don't have high expectation. that said, your miso ramen is alright, nothing to fault for a dutch/chinese standard, even though the noodle and the soup base doesn't reach the dusseldorf or typical japanese standard, it's a decent bowl of soup noodle.
the tempura although wasn't fried with panko flour/crumbs, the ingredients were fresh.
the only no no is the okonomiyaki, which taste nothing like okonomiyaki but a crumbs of harden flours.
that said you came back to the cafe for the wagyu burger. and that's really good! it's been awhile since you eaten such a tasty beef burger, the patty is freshly made on order. you would come back again for a small bite for sure.
2 chronicles 7:14 if my people who are
called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and
turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will
forgive their sin and heal their land.
