your first stop at the dusserdolf christmas market is eating your lunch at yabase. it's a japanese family restaurant that you never get access to for the many trips that you visited the city. it's constantly fully booked in the weekend whenever you visit.
this is indeed a very refreshing and "new" restaurant to you asides the ramen joints.  they really served the best and freshest sashimi and sushi. and in generous portion too!
