chocolate.snowman.cookies

last batch of cookie for the year. yes, this is definitely the last batch... as there are still a couple of baking you want to try and challenge yourself, but these are not cookies...

you whisked up some chocolate cookies since the intention is to give them away, so you have at least 4 types of cookies in a bag...

 the snowman cookies are lovely, although your intention is to make them into reindeer but too bad the reindeer horn is too fragile to handle, so snowman is it!

 now all the cookies are wrapped... Christmas is commercially a season of giving, although you know that Christmas is all about the birth of Jesus. you just want to take the opportunity to give a small token to others, to express the appreciation of their love, care and friendship...

you finally get to do what you wanted to do most, eating the gingerbread man with blue cheese. you learned about this in sweden during your early days in europe where you're shipped to a small town in sweden for a rather long term project.  back then you dislike snow and short day light in nordic. but you did pick up something.  the spices in gingerbread and the strong stint from the royal stilton cheese may seem like a peculiar combination but it works wonder for you....
