gingerbread.men

you've been wanting to bake these little gingerbread men.  today you finally get around to do this.  yes, work travel is over as of yesterday.  work is also concluding for the year with just some miscellaneous to tidy up the loose end. you packed your luggage and decided to try try out the mini gingerbread men...

 not very happy with the result, as you wanted a smooth surface gingerbread men... the taste is not affected and you are going to sample them in swedish way when you return from the ladies trip to hamburg.

 the imprints were very sharp before the bake, perhaps it's due to the bicarbonate soda, the cute mini gingerbread men became cookie monsters...

Christmas tree is no longer naked, ornaments are up and more or less compete.  now you are really counting down ^^

to end, you just want to leave the circle of  gingerbread men friendship. you are looking forward to the long weekend trip tomorrow and just pray that the weather will be kind in both cities and no delay of flight.  till next week!
