experimenting.stone.fruits

you're approaching the late part of the summer when the cherries are now over and apricot is disappearing and suddenly the abundance of stone fruits - plums, nectarines, peaches.
 they are big, super big at this moment...
 you ran out of idea on how to eat them (the healthy way), so you decided to roast a portion with lemon thyme and marple syrup
 and the result is good, with very subtle lemon scent... this is good to go with just ice cream
 but you put some on the puff pastry for some easy and quick pastry
the rest you just eat them raw with muesli, even then they are great simply because now it's the season for the stone fruit to shine..
