still a few more post on nuremberg to go...
the imperial castle which is located at the other side of the old town, to get there you have to walk from one side of the city, cross the old town, then the bridge and you finally reached your destination. of course you're distracted by many happenings along the way and a quick 30 min stroll turned out to be over an hour or two.
to get to the castle you got to walk up a number of stairs and follow by a very steep hill as you approach the fortress gate...
by the time you're here, you're exhausted by the heat, so you just sat at a shady corner and enjoying these greenery walls
the surrounding area is quite nice to explore, only it's a tad to hot in the middle of the day, but still you walk around
and you quite like the beams structure of german architecture. ..
at the viewing area, here you got the overview of the old city and beyond...
certainly an impressive outlook that worth the hike...
