eating.chrysanthemum

do you eat chrysanthemum? i do drink chrysanthemum tea but eating them is probably the first time.
i was at the supermarket and when i see these pretty flowers, i couldn't help but buy them....
i mixed it to a bowl of freshly cooked white rice, and the gentle aroma of chrysanthemum is just works so well with japanese rice, the fragrant....let's say mind blowing....
these aren't the normal chrysanthemum though, these are edible ones... so best not pluck your chrysanthemum or the one from the florist and start eating them...

i also add them to a bowl of tuna sashimi, marinate with spicy sesame oil and a bit of shoyu and spring onion...
a little bit of kim chi that i picked up from supermarket...
and i changed my mind, from the original plan of eating from a bowl to combining the rice and tuna sashimi to a plate is just 'yummilicious'.
i survived well today, if survive is an appropriate word. let's say i triumphed over the training session that i delivered today, i am used to talk to human resource specialist to the director, but talking to financial controllers about journals, ledgers, balance, chart fields are absolutely first time for me. but i triumphed, no one even know that i am not knowledgeable about accounting at all. and yes, i can do ALL things through CHRIST who strengthens me.
