bread.story

your very first attempt in baking this slow rise, no knead bread....
really all you need is patience, it takes at least 12 to 18 hours to develop, overnight so to say
 the dough needs the good rest and this is how the dough looks like the next morning, bubbling...
 all you need is to pat and shape them and send them into oven
and you got an "artisan" bread, home made, no preservative....
you're thoroughly happy with the result and if you planned well, you could live without store bought bread ^^.
