pan.meen.板。面

you have been craving for this for a long while, always gave up the idea when you don't have the flour or the fact that the anchovies need to be fried.... this is probably one of the rare week that you only need to be at the client for a day, and two days with intermittent conference calls and two days without any appointment.  you're not complaining and thus in between your time sitting behind your computer, you manage to have time to plan this out....
 hence one portion of pan meen with anchovies soup for yesterday dinner
pan meen is actually a very simple and humble staple food made with flour and water. it's the anchovies soup that accent the whole dish to next level....
 another portion of chili pan meen for lunch. you needed the carbs after your power zumba session.
 this is just so right with the right chili kick!

you had this in your garden. it's september but you had a rather warm one.  such a perfect day to sit out and not feeling too sweating.
