finally a really warm weekend. you went to delft in the late afternoon and decided to have a cupcake moment at one of the konditorei just along the canal. it has a terrace sitting and good place to catch the sun and people watching...
you had a very good apple lavender cupcake.  you're skeptical about lavender in the cake but the very subtle hint of lavender actually accentuate the apple and the whole experience. it's quite unforgettable and you probably will recreate the taste once the apple is in season again.
