you're back to parma again. as it stands your week in parma is always filled with never ending meetings and follow by very late dinner...

"duetto" of tortelli filled with spinach and riciotta cheese and pumpkin tortelli. the pumpkin tortelli was great with a hint of sweetness that you almost mistaken it from pear.
stew beef cheek with green beans, the beef cheek was tender and moist...
the dessert is 'bacio di parma' parfait of which you hardly touch, well may be a spoonful of the gelato...
too much of dining and drinking consecutively is not your lifestyle. you know in your line of business, sometime dinner as such is unavoidable, and with the italians opting for four courses dinner, you just couldn't opt for just one or two courses...
the food was good but the whole evening you're engrossing in a business discussion and hence it feels like a long working day straight into late night.
