This is a journey of culinary and the enjoyment of taste through a humble family run restaurant at Via Assisi, Rome. Despite of the outlook of the restaurant, the food it offers has the taste of heaven.

Every ingredient is fresh and the cooking is simple, but the freshness and the complexity of has brought my taste bud to heaven, every single combination, the wine, the herbs, the key ingredient are matched flawlessly and this culinary experience is beyond compression.
