.venetian.macau.澳.門.威.尼.斯.人.

it rather confusing! macau is just an hour ferry away yet it's a complete different world from hong kong. a facet of las vegas, a share of portugal and yet it's authentically macau.

the venetian is almost a replica of the venetian you once visited in las vegas. the only differences are perhaps here you see more mainland chinese which constantly remind you that you are in asia.

then a walk outside of venetians you could almost forgotten you are you still in asia because the compound is just too venice alike. not just the interior that trembles the venetian in las vegas but the exterior architecture also venetian look alike.

some time it is jut too good to be true and can be mistakenly venice.

you walk around the area and observe the architecture in detail and everything is wonderfully made.

certainly not the mainland standard but out of master's hands. you're impressed, amazed and just enjoyed everything you see, you touch.

p/s: it is good to be home. i am enjoying the friendship, eating the kuching food and rekindle the sights. it's been great to meet up with some friends that i have not seen since some 22 years ago, and facebook links us back together just like yesterday.
