dinner under the sky

today is helsinki day, but the good weather has gone and in return, it has been raining whole day today.  you went out to join the fun and despite that you have the ticket to join the dinner under the city's sky in the long street that closed up for the finns to dine, you decided to skip, it's not going to be nice to dine in constant drizzling rain.
