you're getting smart with pintxos, so you started to order the warm pintxos today.  it's overwhelmed when you don't know the system and their language (spanish or basque), but after a day of pintxos orientation in san sebastian, you know the rules of game.  so you follow.


 a slice of cold pintxos to start with a glass of txakoli.  this little pintxos is complex in taste with layer of mushroom, cheese, iberico ham, anchovy. this was what you can recalled, it could have more layers which you forgot and this is eaten in two mouthful!
a very delicious plate of foie gras with apple syrup
 crab tempura, may be not up to the japanese tempura, it's a deep fried soft shell crab and it's fresh! that's all matter!
langustine wrapped in filo sheet, this is a cold pintxos but they heat it up in the microwave before serving, hence in the essence you had warm pintxos today!
this bar is super tiny, with just two tables inside and a handful of bar seating, you're lucky to get there while the bar seating still available, and of course you walk out utterly satisfied with everything you eat.
