autumn is in the air....

with still another three apples from your trip to ahaus you made apple strudel.
using ready made filo sheets, you didn't make the sheet it will be too big a challenge to handle. you add raisins all the way from xinjiang soaked in cointreau and some chopped walnut...
a little messy, but yummy ^.^especially when you have some white chocolate cream to go with it...
