cravings

this afternoon you are craving for something warm, hot, spicy  and creamy.  recently you discovered a new product in the asian store that's really close to a taste that you accustomed to... it's singapore curry laksa, the instant version...

after your back to back con-call in the morning, you quickly compose a bowl of singapore curry laksa la mien with some prawns, fish balls and bamboo shoot...

although it is sort of instant noodles, but the separate packing of the laksa paste and the santan powder make a great different...

as a result there is no taste of instant noodle but a rich creamy broth of singapore curry laksa soup base with all the yummy goodies... you only used half package of the santan powder yet you still find the laksa overly rich for lunch...

nonetheless, this is a easy quick fix of a last minute cravings and doesn't need much time to prepare and it's satisfying.
