thinking.green.baking.green

these are the weeks where 24 hours a day is just not enough. it is even harder when both work, church and personal life demand the same attention... but thankfully the thesis is concluding... after all we have to submit it next monday... so at least that is over and done. i am stressed out. so i am baking again. thankfully i can work from home today, and i retreat to the kitchen during the lunch hour break and start taking the flour, powder, margarine and egg and thinking what should i bake.... after the matcha chiffon cake last week, i sort of still crazing for that green tea flavor, so i decided to continue on think green....

i am not a precise person, so it is extremely hard to get the layers seven as i expected myself to me, that is the reason why i hardly make any cake that requires the precision in layering... the cake layer is uneven, the matcha jelly layer is also uneven, let alone the amount of whipped cream and azuki bean paste...

but the taste is great, especially after it is set in the fridge for a few hours... and i really have no name for it this time... you may call it matcha flavor swiss roll...

as the world is green conscious, my baking is also turning green

!!thanked God is friday!!
