i got some figs back from barcelona. they are cheap, a pack cost only just over an euro.
i puree most of them and infuse it with brandy to make it a little boozy so that i can keep for later use and the three good looking ones i decided to get them as snack
raw, top with cheese and drizzle of honey
yeah, i fig it my way...
it's late now, been out for the whole day, so it's time to rest.
