mini.chocolate.bundt

you can't wait to try out your new silicon form.
you baked some simple chcolate bundt cake.  bundt cake as you know takes quite a long baking time but when you pour the batter into the mini bundt cake mould, the baking time is dramatically reduced to just barely above 20 minute.

these mini chocolate bundt cakes are moist and individual serving.  you could have dust it with some icing sugar but you reckon it is more delicious to eat it with some red berries.
so this is your working from home, lunch for one. a bowl of tuscany style tomato cream soup topped with fresh basil leaves and a mini chocolate bundt cake with abundance of red berries.
the berries give tarty after taste perfectly balance out the rich chocolate sweetness from the bundt.
