you have been wanting to try this recipe from a daily obsession for a long time. but only you only got to do it last sunday as you promise a sister from the church that you will bring something over for the dinner at her place.
so crumbly creamy chicken pie is it!
the crust is really very crumbly and you follow the instruction for the filling and the crust but somehow you do not have enough filling for two big pies but you have enough crust and leftover filling to make just about eight mini chicken pie.
mini chicken pies are of nice portion, easy to freeze but you doubt you will have the chance to freeze them as he devours in these pies...
this is the big chicken pie, the crust doesn't look as pretty as the mini version. you have problem in rolling the dough and covering the pie pan. but it taste as good as the mini pie. it's well received and everyone had a second helping ^^.
p/s: this is another scheduled post as you are traveling to your client in belgium today. you will be too tired to post anything by the time you get home.
