stuffed.tou.foo。酿。豆。付

you really thought you will feel more energetic and active already now that a few days have passed.  however, fatigue is still hovering over you, you still need a lot of rest - well sleep so to say to recover from little things you do. and although you don't have to travel this week (thanked God) but work is picking up, lots of con-calls, lots of deliverable which on a "normal" day will not be a problem but the last few days the calls and deadlines are like heavy mountains.
anyway, back to the time when you were still active, alive and kicking, you had cravings for yong tau foo and so you made them for the very first time.  the original recipe calls for fish paste only but you went with your childhood instinct by adding some minced meat to the fish paste.
it's satisfying even on the clear broth on the first day. not too much of work as you first anticipated... each of you had a bowl for dinner.
the next day, you made some laksa soup from a paste for lunch. it's delicious, hot, spicy and kicking, but then in the evening you threw out everything as the time of the month officially started and until today your appetite haven't recover.

somehow today, you are reminded once again that the joy of the Lord is your strengths. so the secret to find strengths may be is not in other source but to find the joy that the Lord has given to you? simply truth, so seeking joy instead of strength because the joy will translate into strength ^^.
