lola's

lola's cupcake that you picked up at selfridges after the dinner at bonda cafe.
you heard of lola's but didn't have high expectation on american cupcakes  but these are the two that really intrigue you...
the blueberries cupcake - vanilla cupcake with blueberry in the cake, purple-ish butter cream with fresh blueberries topping.  this is a delight to enjoy.  it's not dry, not overly sweet, just perfect for your sweet life.
on sunday morning, you need something more substantial to keep you going, hence you opt for the red velvet cupcake as breakfast. this is yum. really yum.  way better than magnolia bakery's red velvet that you tried in new york city.  it's comparable to primrose bakery version that you try not long ago.
you like lola's the most although you can live with primrose's red velvet cake itself but not the cream cheese topping which is too sweet.  so far lola's red velvet is the best to your liking.

on another occasion, you picked up 9 mini tiny cupcakes, just because they are bite size and less sinful compare to the regular ones
you had the peanut butter and red velvet, and you still prefer red velvet over peanut butter... let's see how the tasting goes...

you are going to put a halt to all these sweet treats for the rest of the week since you hardly had any zumba session in london and you are growing side way, no good for your health. so a little discipline and self control will help.
