paul.a.young

chanced into this petite outlet around the bank area.

it's the chocolate that intrigue you to walk in.  the chocolate is exquisite.  lovely and elegantly display in an array.  you stood there admiring them but decided to let go, since you hardly move these days in london.
instead you resort to the lovely caramel brownie and a piece of shortbread.  they are all heavily chocolate induced master piece.

by mid afternoon you were so done with your day. you made a lot of progress today, many kind souls/angels are helping you to work out all the unknown.  you're grateful for that.  however, you became very cranky in around 3pm.  you think it's due to the air-conditioning that somehow not working in the optimum condition in the afternoon. you just feel so done despite of the progress you made.
you turn to your paul a young paper bag, and decided to take a break.  brew yourself a cup of espresso, and  took out the brownie. mine, the chocolate aroma filled the air. it's so rich, so intense. by the time you had your first bite, you feel so good, it's sweet but not overly, it's intense for sure.  two bites of the brownie and a shot of espresso was sort of mood savior.

you didn't finished the brownie, even until now. despite your love for chocolate, you find this a tad too sweet, then again which brownie is not sweet.  you are yet to try the chocolate shortbread.  the time will come. these are certainly a gem, a serious indulgence for any chocolate lover.
