::RED::

This morning you woke up to send him to catch his flight to asia.  yeah, he is going to asia (hong kong and malaysia) not so much as a holiday but to run some important errands.  too bad that you couldn't join him.

back home, when you check your agenda, you realized you have booked a travel out that is almost impossible to make due to your scheduled hospital appointment.  you know that it's impossible to make it no matter how on time your hospital appointment will be. you're stressed for awhile and after some thoughts and an idea flow through your mind. well, it's your health that counts, if you cannot travel this evening, then you can travel tomorrow morning. it's not a big deal.

as of last week, the work that you are responsible for has gone red.  when you first took over after your sick leave, it was in amber, but after a few week and a suddenly short of resource, everything turn the other way. red is the status.  likewise your blood pressure is relatively high. you know it's due to stress.  stress that leads to sleepless nights in london, stress that leads to spike of blood pressure.
you had a long conversation with your internist, your blood sugar and cholesterol are all good now.  blood pressure is what you need to watch out for and this is tricky.

yesterday in the church you learn about focusing on God, let Him be the center of everything and do not dwell too much on things that will bring forth negative energies. psalm 110:1 - 3 The Lord says to my Lord:“Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.” The Lord sends forth from Zion, your mighty scepter.  Rule in the midst of your enemies! Your people will offer themselves freely on the day of your power, in holy garments; from the womb of the morning, the dew of your youth will be yours.

the bible text is not easy to understand without the context, but you just want to be like david, he focus himself and centered his entire life on God and he was successful.

writing this, knowing that you no longer have to rush for your flight, you are a little calmer.  a glass of hot camomile tea certainly helps and hopefully the power zumba session tonight and a good hot sauna will further tame down your blood pressure.
