monmouth.coffee

you're curious with the never ending line and the people that congregate around this shop.  it took you awhile to realize it's coffee shop

since you haven't had a cappa, you decided to join the queue as well, the line was fast, while waiting you got the chance to examine the popularity.

apparently, the coffee is measured by the weight
and the dripping coffee is dripped manually like this... in order to taste the quality of coffee (the bean and the roast), you forgo the cappuccino that you usually take in the  morning but opt for a single filter shot....
a bowl of brown sugar and your coffee awaits for you....
they also serve some fresh pastry for breakfast, but you go for your plain coffee because you wanna save your stomach for something else. after all you are here in borough market.

the coffee is great just by itself given the fact that his is a filtered coffee. it has the correct strength and aroma that you needed to boost up your saturday morning.
