late.dinner.parma

 you're supposed to meet up with your other colleagues for dinner but it turned out they finally decided to stay and eat in the hotel while you and your other colleague already started with your dinner.  if you knew they're not joining you won't have opt for this restaurant.  the food is not bad but you rather prefer to check out new restaurant than going back to the same one.
your local ham as starter this is excellent in every restaurant in parma...
a half lobster pasta as main, while the lobster is fresh but has hardly any lobster meat. you personally think the chinese does a better lobster noodle than italian.  you should have opt for truffle but that's okay.
.chocolate fondant, with a melting heart and the quince compote to balance of the richness of the chocolate, smart combination.
