後壁湖 literally translated to 'back wall lake', it's a place that famous for its seafood especially this is a port where all the fishermen and fishing boat dock and the sea food trade is performed.
there're only a couple of stalls that sell and cook the seafood to order. you came in and decided on one stall and choose your choice of seafood (and veg for that matter).
the bamboo that eaten raw and cold. you really like this especially when the weather was really hot
another (young) bamboo dish, perhaps it's too much bamboo in one setting but you like it anyhow and this is hard to get by in lowland
the clams, while tasty, you've encountered more shells than flesh...
the 'flying fish' looks almost the same as you saw in moubitou, it looks almost like an airplane and this is by far the best dish. deep fried and served with garlicky garnish, so yum!
the crab claw is almost tasteless. you shouldn't have order this additional dish, other than the look, you couldn't taste any freshness of crab...
