7/17 pantiao.street.美濃板條街

meinong is a hakka village and thus famous for its hakka cuisine. your guess is every pantiao (rice stick) stall that one chanced into would taste good, when you asked round where is the best pantiao stalls/shops, everyone has its own idea or best one.
so you drove around and finally decided on one eatery 林家板條 at the pantiao street.  each a bowl of pantiao soup, a veg and a famous hakka style ginger pork intestines.  dining in an air conditioned space is a welcome to shield yourselves off from the heat out there.
while the pantiao soup is nothing really spectacular but the texture of the rice stick is outstanding!
and the ginger stir fried intestines when added with a hint of black vinegar is the best harmony and palate pleasing dish of any internal organ.
these are home made and with just the very right texture that you haven't eat for awhile.

meinong pantiao is an experience or sure!
