last year about this time of the year, we were at Otaru, i tasted the first very burger that is not made of bun but of rice... i also know that's how burger is served in mos burger chain store and some specialty store in Hokkaido. we grilled some burger meat with miso yesterday....
today i creatively turn the leftover into something that resemble what i have eaten and liked a lot at about the same time of the year....
left over rice are pressed and heated up
and this is how my miso rice burger looks like, under the inspiration of food i have tried before in Otaru, Hokkaido, Japan. in fact in japan the burger chain store Mos Burger also offers burger of this sort
