Johannes made soto ayam for lunch on Sunday. Despite of not feeling well then, the scent of Coriander did stir up my apetite.
A dollop of sambal manis, generous sprinkle of fried onion, and lines of ketchup manis on top of the steaming hot white rice is a perfect match for the tasty soto ayam.
