my very first new york subway experience... usually this is not my preferred mode of transport as i heard and seen too many things about new york subways in movies or tv series..
this is the 24th street/time square station...
we are trying to make our way down to lower manhattan to the battery park paying a quick visit to the famous lady. while queuing for ticket, we were told we can get a free ride, what a bliss...
walking down the escalator to the multi-lines, complicated new york subway system
at the platform...
there is no train directly to our destination but free shutter service is provided to get to the south ferry terminal, so off we go...
the over all experience of riding on new york subway is not that bad on a weekend morning...
another ride that took us to brooklyn...
