13/17 snapshot of hong kong

your last full day in hong kong.  while collecting your new prescripted glasses, he wanted another cha chan teng experience. so he googled this star cafe that located in a rather mafia alley and while he had his noodles, you opt for the typical egg luncheon meat sandwich and a milk tea.  nothing spectacular but taste wise legit as it should be...
you didn't make it to via tokyo, so as a consolation you had at least a taste of matcha soft serve with mochi and azuki bean. this was good, bursting of matcha flavor and a little bitter after taste just as matcha should be..
and enjoying your the view of tst while eating your ice cream. it's another hot day.
back to yuen long for the last minute shopping and errands, you had a bowl of 24 taste (二十四味)to combat the heat and bought a piece of wife cake (老婆饼)from the original shop in yuen long where it's famous for this cookies.   you also hauled some chinese sausage that you intend to bring home with you...
in the evening, you had the dinner with the leung clan. it's good to meet all the aunties, uncles, cousins in one setting over  dinner.  your uncle ordered delicious dishes and you brought two bottles of wine to offer to those who drink.

so that sum up pretty much about your days in hong kong... and you're counting down...
