beach day out with friends

a saturday out to the beach with a dutch family who visiting lowland from your homeland.  the weather is good enough to qualify for beach and so scheveningen is it.
it's your first time visiting this sea side resort even though it's just 30 min drive away from where you live.  it was good to catch up with them again and also other friends who came along. you'd a good time at the restaurant by the promenade, enjoying your seafood dinner and later a true italian ice cream.  on a side note, you really like the licorice/drop flavor gelato, it's so refreshing!
