now that the wedding occasion is over, today is the only free day you have in brunei as you will be leaving tomorrow. you woke up naturally and had your breakfast. soft boiled eggs are your favorite! shortly after the breakfast the boredom strike, and you gave an urgent call to your eldest nephew requesting for sightseeing. little did you know that he hardly sleep as the guests were rocking the house after the banquet until early next morning.
he still came at the requested time (bless him) and brought us to empire resort and country club. the one and only 6 stars hotel in brunei and everything suppose to be impressive.
the interior is airily, bright and glittering in gold. however, they're not much of hotel guests at all
so the entire place is rather quiet and dull....
out there was warm but the scenery was not impressive due to the haze. you can hardly see the sea and the sky as everything is grey-ish
and so the whole beach for yourself but you feel suffocated by the haze. and indoor is probably the better place to stay....
