am embarking into a special cake project… for someone special… in the counting down for a special day….
the idea came only a few days before when I read the rose chiffon cake blog entry of a daily obsession that triggers me to make this cake again but taking it to a higher level of challenge…
i then start to visualize what i want to bake and how i want to decorate … the rose chiffon cake is going to stay simple because she likes pastel rose and so i know how the scent of the rose will bring her more joy and excitement…
i have also found the prop that i need to recreate what i have visualize in my mind, the rose scented chantilly cream will stay, because she likes rose, the dried rose buds will also be there because she has even designed her invitation card with rose…
the cake is just baked, now cooling now, i will only assemble tomorrow morning, that will be just in time for the afternoon....
