obento.mochi.gyoza

didn't you say before you are more and more like a japanese these days.  you bring your own bento (lunch box) to work again, mainly your leftover food from last night.

a balance diet and you start to get the feel of japanese bento making and arrangement these days....

and a sakura mochi that you bought last weekend from an old shop nearby rikugi-en (六義園). a perfect sweetie to finish off your lunch.

and a quality "lunch for one" time to do make travel plan for your vacation.  the planning is never easy for a start but now you sort of figure out your itinerary.  just a few more research and you are ready to book your trips.

this evening your colleague drags you along for some really early dinner at 6pm.  you went to a gyoza place nearby for gyoza before heading back to office for the last meeting of the day.

since you are not really hungry, you just order two types of gyoza... on your colleague's recommendation, you ordered some tepanyaki gyoza with really thin and almost crisp skin.  and a portion of slightly bigger gyoza that consists of ginger and with amazingly different texture and flavor from the other ones...

your colleague,  a typically salaryman F is very humorous to work with.  it's the first time he invited you for dinner along with this young and charming lady... and you also get to know him better and finally understood why he relies on lawson convenient store for his dinner every night.
miss EM is the youngest and most junior resource on the team until a few weeks ago we have new joiners on-board our project.

the dinner was a quick one as you and F has to go back to work whilst miss EM heads to her english course.

tomorrow is good friday, but it is just a normal work day here, but good friday always has a special place in your heart because it is the day Jesus died on the cross to set you free!

till tomorrow...
