you had an early start and early end today. you love spring and the long day light that you get to do more things in the evening.

the weather is perfect today, really a nice weather for jogging in the city. weather is perfect for alfonso dining too.

but you didn't dine at hotel, together with your colleague you explore another italian restaurant.  you had a full hot meal for lunch, so really all you are looking for is a refreshing light meal such as salad.  the pizza bread is great starter and only carbs you had for dinner.

and you love your shrimp salad too.  a simple meal with a glass of very dry italian sparkling wine, is a perfect ending note to the day.  eating is really cheap in manhattan am main, even cheaper than lowland which is a surprise for a financial city center like frankfurt.

anyway, it's about time to hit the sack, good night all.
